This is just a quick tutorial showing you how to create a self-updating auto Twitter account, by posting RSS items aggregated with Yahoo Pipes. If you don’t know about Yahoo Pipes, it’s a very powerful free site where you can customize and get together various feeds, combine them and use for any other tools you might use.

What you’ll need

What next

Go to Yahoo Pipes, login with your Yahoo account and search for a term related to your niche, the one you want to make your Twitter account about. You’ll see articles pulled from various sources, just grab the RSS feed for those results.

You can then plug in this feed into your Hootsuite or Twitterfeed account and set it to auto post automatically. Set it from 2 to 4 hours, just to look more natural and not spammy. And there you go, you’ve got yourself a nice auto-account niche targeted on Twitter.

I’m not gonna get into the monetizing bit, just wait until you build an audience and then blast regularly some offers related to your keyword of choice.
