Using RSS to get new and useful info

Quick note for today: has everyone heard of RSS ( really simple syndication)? If not, to put it short, it’s a way to get news updates without having to open an e-mail or visit a website, just by using a RSS client and subscribing to a news feed. Where am I going with this? Well, almost all newsletters I posted yesterday have such a RSS feed, which means you can read their news much easier, if you want to. In fact, it’s “trendy” today for every site, forum or blog to be RSS-enabled (even my blog has such a feature provided by Blogger.com). Bottom line is this: get a RSS reader (you can find loads of them by searching Google) and, when you find a site full of interesting information that you’d like to subscribe to, just check if that site has a RSS feed (in 90% of the cases the answer will be YES) and then add it to your list. Then, each day you can read news, content targeted directly to your interest, and if you don’t like it anymore there’s no unsubscribe necessary, you just delete the feed’s address from your reader and you’re out. Brilliant invention, if I may say so myself
!
Ok, so have yourself a great weekend and talk to you soon. Cheers!
